This build:
* Fixed a problem that caused errors in the Formula View if no space was left between operands. For example, $ppSpeedFig + $ppSpeedFig would work whereas $ppSpeedFig+$ppSpeedFig wouldnot.

*Added an FV variable -- ppTripTroubleB. Returns a 1 if a key word is found inthe comments of a paceline,otherwise zero. See the Master Varaible List in the user's guide for a list of keywords.

* Changed the way the [] indexer works on variables in a Past Performance type view. Each paceline is indexed _only if the paceline passes the Paceline inclusion filters_.

* Added a variable to the FV - $ppFVIncIndex.This returns the index of the paceline where only pacelines that meet the paceline inclusion filters are indexed.

* Added the #EQUAL function to the FV. Allows one to test the equality of two values. An "accuracy" parameter is passed to this function that allows one to set varying degrees of accuracy. This makes the function useful to see if two values are "within a certain range",not just equal.

* ES now prints out the name of the db that is currently connected in the header/footer area on screen and when printing
