Got V6 working in the virtual XP mode. However, I'm unable to print from that mode.

Anybody else experienced that?

I have been running V6 with Windows 7,with no problem.You have to right click mouse and run as Administrator.

Arghhh... Wish I had read this before I installed Win7 x64.

The winxp mode is useless, there is an open source VM that works better, but is not perfect.

Microsoft appear not to be going with this Jet dragon anymore, so will there be a database-re-write?

It needed a re-write as the max size of the database was too small anyway.

Open source (free) tends to support their products 100% better than MS, also I have been using MYSQL ( free ... mmm a message here ) for many years and is much faster and far more flexible than the access (Jet) model.

Anybody used Open Office and compared this to MS Office?
