Hi Jerry,

Just a FYI, that even though you can't remove individual tracks from your saved download list, you are able to select one or more tracks for a one time download without changing your saved track list. Just press the "Clear Track List", type in whichever track you want, then download. Just make sure you don't hit the "Save Tracks" button. Then after closing and reopening FG, all your previously saved tracks will reappear.

In the interest of zeroing in on our issues,....when you say "I only tried to download 3 charts. After I opened the cards and stored to db. I found none had downloaded".....Are you sure that the files didn't download? Before storing them to the DB, have you checked whether the charts are in their folder? Is it possible that the issue is with storing them to the DB? I ask because I have not had a problem downloading the charts, but I do have problems storing, and seeing them with Chart Viewer.

Hi Win
Thanks for the tip on save tracks. I will do more testing now that I do not have to re type all the tracks again.

I am pretty sure they did not download. If they have downloaded I get a screen that says they exist and do I want to replace. This did not come up today.
Will do more testing and keep posting.

Hi Win
Today, ES worked fine.
Bris only would download 3 tracks at a time.
I did find a quick way to verify what had downloaded.
After the first downloaed I clicked on download again. The screen comes up asking if you want to replace the exist file. A quick click on no went through that and it showed only 3 downloaded. The next click downloaded the next 3. I was only doing 6 so that was all it took.
I then did the ES load and save cards and the charts all appeared on chart viewer.

Jerry, gotcha....don't know why you would only be able to get 3 charts at a time though. If Bris is restricting you, you would likely generate correctly named files with no info in them....e.g. a 4 or 5 kb file instead of a normal one of >60kb. Which is why if you're having download problems, going by the screen telling you that the file already exists is not the most reliable check. If in doubt, go to the folder and click on the html file.

As long as I only download one day at a time, I have no problem getting all the charts. (Ten tracks from yesterday). Storing the "x" tracks is my hit or miss problem

Hopefully Nathan can make a suggestion for you.

Good luck, W
