Recent discussion on the PA board made me dig out my copy of Charles Carroll's "Handicapping Speed".
For those that might want to play around with it below are the formulas for reproducing Carroll's Parallel Speed Figs in an EquiSim FV. For my personal use I add a - 860 at the end of the formula so that the resulting number look like Beyer or Bris speed figs and not numbers in the 900's.
