Hey Guys! Smile

Didn't get in on the action yesterday unfortunately, but, man oh man is the sim tearing it up (like someone had mentioned earlier) at Hollywood. There was some sweet winners in there ($18+, $21+, etc.) and it came very close to having the PIC 6 on TOP for the card with the exception of Silver Yen in the 10th who was like third or fourth on the sim.. Even Pachara was the only 5.5 turfer in the TOP 4!! WOW!! I hope that some of you guys got all over that yesterday.

All the BEST!

I used the bris file with multiple pace lines no biases and this is what I got on the sims:

Race 5 - #6
Race 6 - #4 $18
Race 7 - #1
Race 8 - #12
Race 9 - #3
Race 10 - #1

I should have done better than what I did made a few mistakes not following the top 3 sim or the profiler, ES had a very good day. JustRalph I say the 7th race was the key race with the 4-6, I had the 4 but ignored the 6 at 19-1, this horse was tops in the profiler $1 exacta paid $75 and change, sometimes I just feel like crying when I make those blunders.. Frown

Okay enough of my whining, did anyone catch the 8th race, the 12 horse Mirific (IRE) was just blocked all over the place in the stretch, he had to check hard twice, this guy was rolling with no where to go.

was the 5th. Those 40k'ers on the turf had one hell of a race. The 2nd-3rd and 4th horses ran very good races. The 44.4 half was pretty good for Cal Breds on that course. I haven't verified that yet, but if my memory is right, it is. If I can remember my damn virtual stable password I might put them onboard and see how they run coming back. Especially if they stay in Cal Bred races. I would love to catch the 4th horse in a 5F race next time.

I went back over the PPs for that race and one thing that popped right out at me was the power move for the winner. -7.0/6.5/9.6. If I am reading this correctly, even though the horse was -7.0 points below the average of the top three (top prime power horse was a confirmed router) he was moving into a much softer race with his own prime power having moved up. In his most recent races had run third twice at this distance and class. Had to be a strong contender. I'm going to be looking at this number more closely.

Speed Figure:

Which data card file did you use tsn/procaps/bris??

Also did you use single pace line or multiple paceline settings and did you have any biases selected?

I am curious to see what settings had all those sim winners on top, cause mine only had one. Thanks.

I had the same winners as Speed Figures. No bias, bris card, single paceline selected. I did select a different paceline for During to reflect his big early speed advantage.

I always use bris. I don't have 4.0 just 3.5. I have never used any bias settings. I pick my own pacelines and used During last race.
