Thanks folks. I am progressing got to watch I don't go to fast. Warning to all I did not know I had a Heartattack so I stayed home suffering for 2 days before I relized my pulse was below 30 and then figured it was time to get it checked. I could handle the pain and discomfort so I did nothing. This caused much damage to my heart which only time will tell if it heals properly. I am felling great know but got to take it easy for a few more weeks. Thats the tough part.
