Regarding trainers and their impact on horse racing. If you don't believe a football coach or baseball manager has any effect on the teams performance, then you shouldn't believe a trainer has much outcome on a horses success.

If you believe otherwise, as I do, the inclusion of trainer-type information would be a beneficial inclusion to the program.
