I'm probably putting this in the wrong forum.

Like most users, I suppose, I go to the Profiler screen, and make my picks based upon the information found there, and most of my research revolves around what is found on this page.

There is one thing, however. I like the way that the Profiler Screen makes the Profiler values into the XL (Odds line). Once I had figured out that the Profiler numbers added up to 100, and were directly comparable to the XL Odds info, a lightbulb turned on in my head, and I began using the Percentage Points derived in Profiler AND CompVal in my research endeavors. However, I actually prefer using the CompVal numbers to bet with.

Is there some way to add something like a "Switch" that could create the XL values based upon CompVal inputs rather than Profiler inputs, or toggle the switch to the user's preference ?

Or, is this already possible, but I have just missed it somewhere ?

Also, if this is a worthwhile addition to the program, could it be possible to set up the numbers generated for 'Prof' or 'CompVal' to tally up to 80%, or 85%, or 120%, or some other user-defined number. Possibly to take 'track take-out' into effect ?

There's no way to do what you are asking about in version 4.0 - and I won't mess with the Profiler to add such a feature to it (at least, not at any time soon).

HOWEVER -- all of the profiler values are available via the Formula View in v5. So you'll be able to create exactly what you're looking for, including the 120%, within it if you wish.
