[This issue is resolved in version 3.5.21.98 of EquiSim]

Data cards that have more than one track in them present a problem for EquiSim when it comes time to load results. Namely, EquiSim only knows how to load the results into the card from the results file that corresponds to the HOST track of the FIRST race of the card. There are two tracks that I know of where this is a common occurrence -- THD/BEU/RD and Turfway and Kentucky Downs.

I'll put that in a different way. Say you have a card named tdn0922. This card has 7 THD races and 7 BEU races. The first race on the card is a BEU race. When you load it inot EquiSim, ES will look to load the BEU results. The TDN results will not be loaded.

Personally, I believe BRIS/TSN should be offering results files that correspond to their data files. As this is not the case, I am developing a program that will split out races from these "split" cards automatically so that results can be loaded for the cards and they can be stored to a database.
