If you download a file from the previous year (say Dec 31, 2003, downloaded 1/1/2004) using File Grabber, File Grabber will put the file under the 2004 Year Folder. This is not what you want.

Solutions:
A) Manually move the files you downloaded out from under their 2004 folders to the appropriate folders under the 2003 areas.

B) Set your Computers System Clock BACK to Dec 31st, 2003, and RE-DOWNLOAD the files.

C) Don't use File Grabber to get data files from the previous year
