4.0.0.22 is ready.
Some bugs in the Wager module have been discovered. MOre testing is required to make sure that they have been fixed. THe problems were:

A) If an entry (1A, for example) came in the software would not pick it up correctly.

B) SUperfectas were not being recorded as valid wagers at all.

C) The payout for exotic wagers were being calculated incorrectly when the wager involved multiple horses per tier (A/B would work, but A+B/A+B would not work correctly, for example).

Again, I need to test these things more to make sure that I have them fixed. If you're using this stuff, you should be double checking your results to verify that they are correct.
